Haven’t worked with the hit points functions yet, but out of curiosity, can one make hit points, markers or splits and use these as a basis for Midi in another track, and if so, how?
You can convert hit points/ slices to midi, however, this works best for solo notes. Chords are not properly processed this way.
Should be available on the left side, in the inspector, when you open a wave file.

in inspector menu click hit points and then create midi notes.
basically good for drum replacement for example.
(possible to use similar process from Vari-audio Tab for melodic audio file"(monophonic" only though) to create midi notes )
