Horizontal lines tucking

Hello,

There is an old persisting bug where if you input superposing horizontal lines and then make any edits elsewhere the lines keep switching their relative positions randomly. In order to freeze the lines and get the desired order, I had to edit the positions in engrave mode. It would be great if horizontal lines get a “tucking index” like playing techniques, to be able to fix the order of multiple horizontal lines.

In the meantime, you should find that having the lines start or end at different rhythmic positions, if that’s practical, also provides stability in their ordering; obviously you’ll also need to adjust them graphically in Engrave mode to achieve the desired appearance.
