Here’s another cinematic composition, with a subtle tension between the cords, the melody, and the rhythm, hence the title, Subtle Tension, for a non existing romantic thriller.

Sounds ok but I am missing the tension part from this. It sounds a bit all too sweet and cosy to me.

It does say ‘Subtle’… :wink:
The tension, for instance, comes from the chords: the opening chord, Db with a C in the bass, that resolves to Bbm7 and a little later the Gb with an F in the bass that resolves to Ebm7.
