How and where to get external effects for Cubase Elements 12

Hello, I need advice on how to get some other external effect into my Cubase element 12, and where can I find other effects for vocals, please advise, or are there any nice effects for vocals in this basic version? thank you very much

By external effects, do you mean 3rd party plug-ins (VSTs)?
