was so intuitive in Cubase 12? ;/
Also for normal tracks and groups how do change color fast? thanks
The logic behind changing a Track Color.
Tracks that have a fader that changes the volume of an Audio Signal, you change the Tracks color at the bottom of its Channel Zone.
- Audio Track
- Instrument Track
- Sampler Track
- Drum Track
- FX Track
- Group Track
- VCA Track
Tracks that do not have this fader in there Channel Zone.
- Automation Track
- MIDI Track
- Folder Track
- Marker Track
- Ruler Track
- Arranger Track
- Chord Track
- Loudness Track (Nuendo Only | Measuring Audio Volume)
- Signature Track
- Tempo Track
- Transpose Track
- Video Track
You then go to there Track Header, and on the far left of the Track Header you have 3 options to change the color.
- Shift + Click
- Ctrl + Click
- Alt + Click
Intuitive
Using or based on what one feels to be true even without conscious reasoning; instinctive.
Changing Colors of tracks should take 1 second.
- Bottom of Channel Zone
or - Left side of Track Header
I streamline the process myself:
All tracks can have the color changed by using the Ctrl + Click | Left side of Track Header .
thanks
