How can I do this in N10?

I don’t like using the lower zone (it all just looks like a cluttered mess), so always have things (Edit window, Melodyne etc) opening in a separate window in N8 (I can not remember how I set this in N8)

So how can I set this in N10? - for example, so that when I double-click on an audio part it immediately opens the Edit screen in a separate window, rather than have it open in the lower zone and then having to click on an arrow to open it in a separate window.

Go to Prefs—Editors—Double-Click opens editor in a window.
