How create key command to move track overview instead of clicking on the little arrows

how create key command to move track /project window / overview instead of clicking on the little arrows?

NOT to move tracks around. NOT to move to different tracks. NOT to nudge or jog. NOT moving the cursor. NOT using the ‘overview line’. I just want to move the view of the track window backwards and forwards so I don’t have to keep clicking on the stupid little arrows or dragging the whatever it’s called block at the bottom of the project window. There doesn’t even seem to be a name for the operation, can find no reference to it in Project Zone stuff in the manual.

I guess you are referring to the scroll bar, like in web browsers and other computer programs?

If you feel like the direction should be reversed using horizontal scrolling in the Project Window - you can change it (Edit / Preferences / Editing > top option).

thanks Steve - still 2 handed but better than clicking on the arrows! I guess it’s because it’s a “OS Windows” function, not cubase
