How do I apply a playback template in Cubase?

Please help me figure it out, I’ve already exhausted my head in search of solutions to this, I can’t do the ELEMENTARY in any way!

I imported a MIDI file into Cubase. Next, I want to assign all these newly imported MIDI tracks to the sound from the pre-installed VST plug-in (I have it HALion Sonic).
But I DO NOT KNOW how to do it. I have no idea! In Dorico, for example, this task is solved outrageously simply, you just need to select and apply a playback template from the list. In Cubase, you can go crazy before you understand how it’s done!

Please tell me what I need to do?

In Cubase, Templates are designed as a starting point for new projects. You can’t “apply” a template to an existing project.
Be nice if you could, though.

There is no equivalent of Dorico’s Playback Templates in Cubase that I know of. It is going to be a more manual process.

You can copy and paste the MIDI data once it is imported into one project into another one that is already set up with your instruments.

But now I have no sound at all, from the word at all. What should I do to make at least some sample (corresponding to the MIDI program) sound?

Roughly speaking, how do I do the same thing, only in another (new) project, so that the samples specified in the “Program Change” data are automatically applied to all MIDI tracks?

(what is shown in the screenshot is what was already automatically applied when importing the MIDI file, now I want to do the same, only for another, not imported project, but I do not know how to do this, and whether it is even possible)
