How do I avoid this from happening when I delete system breaks?

It seems like deleting a system break collapses all the following music into one line.

I will check this when it happens next time. It happens somewhat regularly in parts, and I have since finished this part by resetting ad starting over. the “fix” I use is creating a system break after before deleting the one i want to delete. Good to know there is possibly an easier solution.
