How do I contact support in the UK?

I am having trouble upgrading amped elektra. I raised a support ticket, but this went to the US who have no idea who I am. I have spent ages on the Steinberg website looking to EU or UK support details, but every time, I end back in the US region.

Who do I contact?

I’ve only got two days left to complete the activation!

Where did you look for support details? There is a support article listing all options, including phone numbers

Yes, that page is the one I was looking at. I really don’t want to use the 'phone as I have to work during the day, so an email or support ticket is vastly preferable.
