i want to disable the mouse wheel (for value changes) as i am often inadvertently changing values in the arrangement or mixer window when scrolling with the mouse wheel. the scrolling function by mouse wheel shall retain function, though.
how do i do this ?
btw, i am on a PC with Win7 64.
