How do I edit my profile bio details?

I’ve been here a little while now, and some of my profile bio details have changed slightly, but when I look at my profile page, I can see no obvious way of editing it, certainly no visible edit key…please can you advise me as to how I can do this? Thanks in advance,

Hi,
just scroll a bit further to the right and click on Preferences, first.

Click on Preferences / the lower row will pop up including the option “Profile”, click on it / edit the “About Me” field.

It’ll look exactly like @Scab_Pickens 's screenshot (apart from the content).

BTW: your screenshot shows your email adress. I am not sure if you want it to be seen in public, that’s up to you. Just in case you didn’t notice.

Ok, thanks, that works, but looking at my settings it seems to say my email should be hidden, not sure why it isn’t?

It’s hidden to other people. When you edit your own profile, you see all the details. You just took a screenshot of your view of your profile and posted it. :slight_smile:

I am glad you sorted it out. If you don’t want your email adress to be seen in this thread anymore please make sure to delete your screenshot above.

I will try to forget your email adress, promise. I am sure @Thor.HOG and @Scab_Pickens will as well :wink:

Thanks again, I’ve deleted my screenshot, I realise my email is fairly memorable, but if you’re as good at forgetting as I am it shouldn’t be a problem! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
