I have bass in my mix which distorts at a certian note and sounds almost obscured and unidentifiable.
Its not a pleasant sound.
Is there any way to fix this?

Is it an audio file? Does the original file distort or is processing causing the distortion? And is the distortion audible in the mix or just in solo?
It could also be that your particular set of speakers introduces that sound. Check with another pair of speakers.
I noticed that with reaxcomp on it was distorting badly and basically cuts out for that note: turning into complete noise.
Without any plugins i just hear the bass fart. The note is partial audible, but if i boost it it will boost the annoying fart sound too.
The reaxcomp plugin reacts that way when active. The speaker doesnt like it.
Consider replacing the note(s) with another one that doesn’t distort. If there’s not an exact one, choose one that’s close in pitch and use VariAudio to bring it into pitch. Then there’s the option of using a bass sound from Halion Sonic and working to get that one note to match the tone of the rest of the track.
