How do I Flatten Audio after tempo syncing

I’m not fully grasping all the temp-settings and workflows in Cubase, but I do have a very concrete case where I (many months ago) tempo-synced or time-warped an audio and added some MIDI tracks as background.

But what I get is a sound that is kind of slightly “whoshing” sound going back and fourth. Shich lead me to think perhaps this can be avoided by “flattening” down the audio file to avoid the realtime processing? Is that possible?

Look at this mess! My old computer is in pain…

I’m not sure I understand what you mean, but…

I think the function/command you’re looking for is “Bounce Selection”.
