how do i get a slow down effect

hi there, how do i get a slow down effect,you know, like at the end of a sentence i want the last word to dive in pitch ,or the same effect as if i had put my hand on a turntable to stop a record. i use cubase 4. thanks

There’s a Tape Stop plug that does that effect.
