How do i install VST Plugins? in Cubase 8

in 7.5 i could do it. but now i can’t because in plugin information the moved (or removed) the vst plugins.

Go to Plug-in Manager on the Devices menu…
Click on Plugin Manager Settings in the bottom left of the window and add the paths.
