How do I make a second flow heading?

Hello,
I created a second flow for a future songbook. That means I need a new lyricist token for the second flow heading so I created a new {@FlowLyricist@} frame in the Default Flow Heading. The problem is when I did so, the first flow showed the new frame correctly (with the first lyricist) but the second flow didn’t show the specified lyricist in Project Info. Will I have to create a new flow heading for the second flow? How do I link it with the start of the second flow?

Thank you

Alexandre, if you edited the default Flow Heading, it will be used for every flow.
Have you put the Lyricist’s name for the second flow into your Project Info window into the area of the second flow (just checking)?

Hi KB,
Yes, I am expecting that the editing I did in the default Flow Heading will be used on all flows but even though I put the Lyricist’s name for the second flow in my Project info, it doesn’t show up. It does show the Flow Name.
Strangely enough, the first FLow Lyricist is showing.

We’ll need to see the file, or more screenshots of the Project Info window.

If you want to keep the flow number/title centered in the page, you don’t have to offset the right edge of that text frame: you can have overlapping text frames if needed.

Hey benwiggy,

So here is the file.

Canções Lusófonas FORUM.dorico (814.3 KB)

Hi @muladhara2004, you don’t have any lyricist for the second flow, in your project infos, so Dorico has nothing to display on the score for the second flow. Just add the lyricist in the project Info for second flow, and it will appear in the score:

Strange, it showed for me but probably what happened is that I didn’t click the Apply button. Now it shows. Thank you so much, Christian.

That’s a great tip, Lillie. It took me some minutes before I understood it!
