How do I quickly re-pitch existing rhythms?

I’m sure there is a way to do this but I’m still very much a newbie. I have a passage of notated music in Dorico with various rhythms. I would like to be able to select the first note, then play the new pitches on my midi keyboard and have Dorico automatically advance to the next note with the new pitches, but preserving the existing rhythms. This was easily done in Sibelius, but I was wondering if there was a similar command in Dorico? Thanks!

Double click the first note to get the note entry caret, then press L (Lock to duration) or click the “padlock” icon in the left hand panel.

The caret changes to a dotted line to remind you what you are doing. Another L gets back to normal note entry.

only L, without Shift, spot on otherwise Rob.

Shift+[letter] is usually a way to get a popover to create some type of object.

Excellent - thanks!
