Just bought Cubase 10. Installed and workd fine but when I downloaded and succesfully registerd a library from the downloadmanager into halion sonic se3 a message apeard saying that i didnt have a licens for that library. I bought a cubase 10 artist educational license and wanted to user the iconica library. How can i see what products that I can can use on my license? This system theye have with licenses, libraries and all is so effing unintuitive…

Open eLCC application, here you can see all your licenses.
For Iconica library you need a dedicated license.
