How do i upgrade from cubase 10.5 to 13?

been trying to find the answer all day. pretty annoying.

Hi,

Go to the Steinberg web site, select Cubase product, click on the Buy Cubase button, select Cubase Pro option, select the correct update and click the Buy button, please.

That does not work. The site only offers upgrade from Pro 12. Pro 10.5 is not listed as an option.
I tried after logging in and still 10.5 is not listed.
Surely they messed up. Can’t have to purchase pro 13 at full price?

Same prob. I have 12. Want to upgrade to 14.no option. Right now with android. Try later with laptop

Click on Updated and Upgrades. And select the given update, please.

You have selected crossgrade, not Update. What do you see by clicking Update?
