how do i upgrade the license for cubase le 4?

I updated my laptop to windows 10 and now elicenser says that my license has expired. it says to upgrade the license but I don’t know how. someone please help me.

You need to reactivate your license.

Btw: Windows 10 is not supported system, yet.
