How do I use the Cubase14 Pro coupon code?

I bought Cubase 14 Pro.
I want to download the Universal Audio Verve Analog Machine Essentials from the vouchers, but I don’t know how.
What should I do?
I clicked redemption and entered my email and serial number, but an error occurred and I couldn’t proceed.
I have also registered an account with UNIVERSAL AUDIO.
I have also registered an account for the UA Connect app.

I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to do it.

What was the error?

If it says the code was invalid then you need to raise a ticket with Steinberg, for anything else you probably need to ask UA as the redemption happens on their site.

I already own Verve Analo Machine so I didn’t have to redeem the voucher.

Usually you have to create a UAD account first and then you can redeem your voucher. I guess you will have to download UA Connect as well.

  2. I accessed the voucher and entered my email address and serial number.
  3. I get an error message saying the Redeem Code is invalid, and I can’t download the plug-in.

I have Connect installed, but it doesn’t show up there either.

It seems you are not the only one who is stuck at this point. The best advice is probably to contact UAD support because the voucher has to be redeemed before the end of April if I’m not mistaken.

EDIT
There’s another thread dealing with the UAD voucher. Maybe have a look at it every now and then in case someone gets a response from UAD how to adress the problem

I contacted Steinberg the other day. It seems there was an error on the coupon code page. I tried again and was able to install without any problems. Thank you everyone for your support.
