HOW do you get the master bus to display always?

How can I get the master bus(s) to show on the right of the mixer in similar fashion to C5?

Go to the Zones tab in Mix Console (next to where you select the tracks visibility) and click on the corresponding circle next to the channel name (the Master channel in this case).
