In cubase 5 I was able to pan my send fx left or right in the send section so I could use a single send effect and use different panning for different channels but using the same fx. Don’t see it anymore?

open your Channel Settings window and on the bottom of the Sends section you will find a tab called Panning. Is that what you are looking for?
