Just received my unit today, opened firmware update and so far it has been about 25 minutes. The progress bar is near the end, but it just says “Configuring”…is this normal?
After 45 minutes, tech support at Steinberg said to shut down and restart both the AX and the Mac. Since the progress bar was finished, they said it was probably a glitch. After restart, it had successfully been updated…
