Command + A, as mentionned by @S-EHansson
but a handy way is also to press Command + Shift and point and drag with the mouse.
Not worked
Yo have a video to view?
The “blue” one is the active clip (and is also selected). There can be only one active clip. But all clips are selected in your picture. Please refer to the manual maybe.
How I can active all clips to render the same time
Without markers
Check the “Options”…
untick Copy Markers

I tried but not solution.
Can you send a video to export all files the same time?
The thing is, do you really want to render (export) JUST the clips, or do you want to render files that pertain to the marker boundaries so that the spacing between songs/clips is preserved?
For example, when I’m mastering an album, the length of the clips is not the exact length of the desired CD/album track because there is usually some buffer time built in between the track start marker and the start of the clip, and then some extra silence after the clip before the next track marker and associated clip.
I say this because sometimes people think they want to render/export the clips but what you really want to do is render files based on the marker boundaries of each CD/album track so that all the spacing between the clips is retained.
When you just render the clips, you open up the potential to exclude all spacing between songs if the clips are not already butted up back to back to back.
It is not easy to understand what you are trying to achieve with the pictures and description you provided. If you are having problem with clips that are split (from your initial picture) etc.
You can bounce clips that will create new clips for you to render as separate files.
If you are not looking for above option…
1. You can see video below. The name of a Montage below is All Clips, please do not confuse with WL Settings.
2. If you are trying to export region as separate files with fades. The markers can be used for referencing start and end points of your clip and are avoided on render when you uncheck copy markers. The render will include edits - fades, cuts, gain etc. within your region.
Actually, I’m not inserting markers because I’m not exporting to CD, just album.
So, I’m considering the clip, beginning and end, with the fades.
I’m trying to understand what do you like to achieve with the “Clip´s”
it has now got almost 1.5 year ago from the first question? enlighten me please

I master a lot of music. When exporting, I do the clips one by one.
I realized that it’s best to do it using markers. And with those markers, exporting becomes much easier.
No. My problem is exporting multiple clips at the same time.
When I select the “All” option, only one is selected.
But anyway, I decided to use the markers and it will be easier for me.
The selection on Cmd/Ctrl + A - that you see in white is indicating what clips are selected/rendered for All Selected Clips.
