How the heck do I remove a license from my eLicenser??

I need to remove a Steinberg license from my eLicenser, and “Remove License” is greyed out. This should be a dead simple task, but I can’t seem to do it. Any suggestions?

You cannot remove the license, you can only transfer it to the other eLicenser.
