How to activate Dorico Pro 4

I’m a little lost here. I have purchased Dorico Pro 4 Crossgrade. I appear to have installed it on on my computer with the download access code, but when I open the app, it says it is Dorico SE 4. Am I missing something here?

If you launch the Steinberg Activation Manager on its own, what does it show you in your list of licences? Are you logged in to the Steinberg Activation Manager with the same email address that you used to redeem the Download Access Code?

OK thanks, that worked - it wasn’t activated in the Activation Manager - though I don’t remember being asked to do that in the installation process.
