How to add new bus to input/output channels to be able to add effect on it

In the tracks view there is a stereo out (input/output channels), where I’m able to add effect on it.
Now I made a new mono output bus. Routing is working fine on new bus, but I don’t see it below the stereo out to add effect on it.
How to add it there?

In the MixConsole I’ve found the option to open effects for the mono bus, so it is not urgent, but still curious how can I add the new bus in the track view.
