ive got 3 hours in trying to notate a roll on a dotted quarter note. Help
You mean like this?
I used Forced Duration to enter the dotted quarter and then applied the roll from the Repeat menu (SHIFT + R + 3).
Don’t waste more than a quarter an hour before asking on the forum! Best way to avoid frustration
