Is there to separate the work space so that no matter how far you scroll down, the ruler tracks are always visible? I really hate having to scroll all the way to the top to see my timecode/second/meter.
Click on that little divide track list symbol on the vertical scrollbar, maybe that is what you looking for?

you can divide the project window anywhere you like, just drag it as high or low you need.
If you mean to divide it in multiple places then no you can’t.
