How to assign more than one action to a button

I know how to create a button in Focus control module but is there a way to assign more than one action per button?
For example I´d want to create a button that enables Stack 1 insert 1 and 2 and disables insert 3 and 4. Or any combination that I want,

This should do. Note the inversion of data2 for inserts 3+4.
