I’m writing to you here because Steinberg technical support hasn’t responded to me for several days and I assume they must be overwhelmed at that time.
I would like to recover my logical edit presets (midi logic editor presets) and my Project Logical editor presets from an old configuration to a brand new one from scratch.
I managed to recover some few elements from my old template via the import of PROFIL.srf (profile manager), but on the other hand this process did not include the elements described above.
My old system was a Cubase 10 under Mac OS 10.12 and the “Logical Edit” and “Project Logical Editor” presets were located here:
“/Users//Library/Preferences//”
My new system is a Cubase 13 pro under Ventura (M2) and the “Logical Edit” and “Project Logical Editor” presets are located here:
“\Users<user name>\Documents\Steinberg<program name>\User Presets”
My question is can I simply drag and drop the datas present within the “Logical Edit” and “Project Logical Editor” folders of my old system to the “Logical Edit” and “Project Logical Editor” folders of my new one? system ?
