Hi,
I have a drum loop that I made in Cubasis that has Kik and hats (you can’t mix different drum instruments/parts in the Cubasis Classic Machines)
Is there an easy way in Cubase to pan just the hats - they’re panned off centre and I want them in the centre.
Or do I just need to go back into Cubasis and output stems for each part? 
It sounds like your hats are on an audio track. In this case just use the panner of the channel. If you have Cubase Pro I recommend to switch to the Stereo Combined Panner in this case.
If your issue is that your channel does not show any panner then your have routed the audio track to a mono destination. Panning only works if the destination is not mono.
Yeah - sorry hi-hats are on an audio file loop.
Kick is also on the same audio file loop. So I can’t just pan the audio file - I need to just pan the hi-hats.
So I was wondering if there was an easy way to do this?
It’s already mied in one audio file? Then the answer is no.
There might be some stem seperation software that can seperate a hihat from a kick but it might be faster and easier to simply create individual audio files in Cubasis.

You can try this but not guaranteed to work.
Use the imager plugin and change the stereo width setting for the higher bands to 0% width. You can move the cut off freqs of the different bands to try and isolate the hats.
May or may not work depending on how much other stuff goes into the higher ranges.
