How to change Text Size in Gravure Mode

Hi everyone,when i want to add a text, i make the shortcut shift+X (in windows) and a popup appaer.
In this pop up the size is 11.9 by défaut and i would like to change this size by défaut for make 8. Please how we can do that?

And i would like how to change the size of a text in gravure mode.

Change the Paragraph Style for Default Text to use ‘Absolute’ size, instead of Relative to the Staff Height. And then define the correct point size. (Or calculate the relative value.)
