Hello. Sometimes my midi remote script disconnects for no apparent reason. How can I re-connect it? Here in this screenshot you can see the issue. The Arturia MIDI remote script just randomly disconnected.
Hi,
Interesting that you have this issue on Mac. We can see some posts on Windows.
Make sure, the USB port is not set to go to sleep, if there is no communication. Also double-check your hardware, if there is any sleep mode.
Once it disconnects, you need to switch the device off and on, or unplug it and plug it back.
Thank you for your quick reply. Do you know where to check if the USB ports “go to sleep”. Is this a mac thing? do I need to check this on my mac OSx?
Not in front of a Keylab, however I think it’s worth to check via Arturia MIDI Control Center, whether you have Vegas mode on.
At the same time, I see one of your remotes (DAW) connected, while I also see duplicates of your remotes. For example there is a second DAW remote disconnected, and the ones in the MIDI port. This is not good. You should have one remote for each port.
THank you. I don’t know why there are duplicates. I will delete those. what is Vegas mode for? I will check to see if it is on in the midi control center.
