How to convert 3 or 4 instr.tracks to 1 Audio track in CB Elements?

In terms of adding 2 or 3 more instruments when all of the 24 instrument tracks are used (this is Elements)
is there a possibility to convert those instr.tracks into one audio track?
And what is the proper procedure?

Mixdown those tracks and import them back into a project. Right?
