How to convert WAV into FLAC and keep the original BWF metadata?

My 12TB hard drive is already full, there is a large number of WAV files that contain BWF metadata. What software can be converted to FLAC or other non-destructive compressed format?
I tried a lot, but I couldn’t read the BWF metadata recorded in the WAV format in Nuendo’s MediaBay after conversion.
I don’t know if it is a problem of converting software or Nuendo’s question.

AFAIK, FLAC only holds a limited amount of metadata.
I also don’t know if Mediabay reads other metadata than what is stored in a Bwav.
