Hello friends!
I need to engrave a choral score for two female choirs. Dorico automatically labels staves as Soprano I Contralto I, Soprano II, Contralto II. And I can’t remove those numbers. Maybe I just don’t know how to customise those labels? Here I enclose two screenshots from Sibelius and Dorico. Is it possible in Dorico to make the score look like in Sibelius example? Thanks in advance for help.

Thank you Daniel for your quick reply and friendly help. Yes, I should read the Manual more carefully.
But if I need to create a file with multiple flows like a book of choral works for various voice groups, say first song is for SI-SII-A, the second one Alto Solo + S-A, third one is for two choirs S-A.
When I try to put all three flows in one file staff labels rename automatically for example for Alto I (in first flow) though I don’t use here another Alto part from the second and third flows.
So I’m confused a bit here.
When you need different groupings of similar instruments (singers) in different flows in the same project, you may need to create extra instruments and groups. The score can hide the staves with no music, and no one needs to know they are actually different staves.
Thank you Mark, I’ll give it a try and get back later to tell how it worked for me.
