Oh, only a new flow which is imported from a musicxml has this phenomenon.
In other flow, the same player shows all three instruments.
Right-click on the player and select “Combine instruments into kit.” You’ll get a green label indicating a percussion kit. You can edit the kit to change the order and the appearance of the instruments.
If you don’t combine them into a kit, Dorico treats them like an instrument change.
Otherwise, you could drag the instruments individually out from the player to remove them from that player and assign them to their own staves.
