We’ll need a bit more info to come up with a useful answer… Do you only want the labels while keeping a 5-line staff? Or do you want to display the staff as a two line grid, like in your second screenshot?

In your first screenshot, are those multiple instruments, or one instrument?
If multiple: do you currently have them in a kit, or as separate instruments? Are they from a family of instruments that can be displayed with one label (e.g. Toms) or are they different instruments entirely (e.g. cow bell and bass drum)?

The possible solutions vary widely based on the above questions. To give just one (but possibly completely irrelevant) answer I’m gonna work with the assumption that you have two instruments that you want to display on a grid, like your example in the second image.

  1. If the instruments are not in a kit, create a kit. In Setup mode, right click the player and choose Combine Instruments Into Kit.

  2. The Edit Percussion Kit dialog will open. For now, simply click Close.

  3. In Layout options>Players>Percussion, make sure that Grid is selected for the relevant player.

  4. Result:

Like I said, this might be what you need but there might be more appropriate solutions based on what you’re aiming for.

Sorry I didn’t express clearly, I use percussion kit and they different instruments entirely, I would like to use 5-line Staff and this instrument abbreviation.

In Layout Options>Players>Percussion, check 5-line staff (and select the correct layout in the right hand column, you can have e.g. 5-line staff in the score and grid in the part)

For the labels, when using a 5-line staff, you can use Percussion Legends.

You can get abbreviated names (via the Properties panel)

And you can adjust their appearance — such as adding a border — in Paragraph Styles>Percussion Legend.
