How to do a Reactivation and get new activation codes for the same old PC

Hey,

I’d like to get some- Does someone knows how can I do a Reactivation and get new activation codes (Cubase & Wavelab) for the same old PC?
I deleted few years ago the softwares and now I want to use them and need new codes for the same PC
As you can see, when I do the reactivation process it tells me I should insert a new Serial number of the eLicenser but I have the same eLicenser as before and his Serial number can’t be changed

I’m also from a country with no Steinberg support service so I can’t contact them via Phone or email.

Hi and welcome to the forum,

Go through the Reactivation process, please. As we can see, you provide the same Soft-eLicenser Numner in both case. As it is written, you have to provide the new one and the old one.

If your Cubase is version 12 or hifher, it doesn’t use eLiecnser anymore. Then it’s using the new Steinberg licensing system. Then the deactivation and activation is done in the Steinberg Activation Manager. With the new licensing system, you can use up to 3 computers.

Btw, with the Cubase LE, you are allowed to update to the latest Cubase LE 13 for free. If you don’t own Cubase LE 13 yet, get in touch with your local Stienberg support, please.
