How to downgrade Cubase 8 To 7.5 ?

Hi,

Just Bought my cubase 8 pro recently and i find 7.5V Much more convenient.

Can i Downgrade it back and how do i do it?

Is there any specific steps that i need to do in order to make the downgrade?

I Downloaded the update and installed it while Cubase 8 was already installed, and nothing seems to happen…

You can install both versions side by side. You might need to fiddle around to get CB8 plus recognized by CB7.5.

I use this to get Novation automap working with new versions of CB that do not have AM support yet.

When you say you downloaded the update…did you mean that you downloaded the full installer from the link Ed provided?

And also when you say nothing happens…do you mean the installer doesn’t run?..or perhaps that the installer completes but you aren’t seeing C7.5 open after that?
