How to edit staff spacing in Engrave mode?

Staff spacing is the 3rd tool down on the left side with the ︎︎︎ arrows.

For indenting:

Change the width of a system

In Engrave mode, choose the 4th tool, note spacing |↔︎| You’ll see blue boxes. On the upper left and lower right corners of each system there is a larger blue box that lets you indent the system from the margins. You can’t drag them; you have to nudge them with Alt-arrow keys. Add Shift for ½ space at a time, Ctrl for 1 space at a time. FYI, we also can’t do a negative indent past the margins; only inward.
