How to enable Guitar/Bass tab

Dorico wizards,

I can’t for the life of me figure out how to enable Tabs for guitar and bass in my projects.

I’ve watched several YT tutorials, but I must be doing something wrong, because it’s not happening for me.

I’ve attached an example project (all my projects have the same instruments/settings and start with the same blank template project file)

Library→Layout Options→Players→Fretted Instruments.

For anyone reading along:

to actually PRINT the tab (not only show it in the score): go to layout options (cmd/ctrl-shift L) and select the layout ON THE RIGHT hand side. There you must also select if you want to include Tab or not. this will enable printing.
