Apologies for my lack of knowledge of the proper terminology, but I simply want to know if there is a way to visualize the vertical position of your mouse cursor when hovering over the location selection bar (the bar highlighted in the image below). Pro Tools has this enabled by default and it is a small yet helpful little feature.

In the preferences > Editing > Toos, you can enable the Select Tool: Show Extra Info. Then Cubase will show the (quantized) time next to the mouse cursor.
