How to export/import presets??

Hello experts,

How do you move track and plugin presets from one computer to another?

What I normally do is move one project that contains the said presets and then create them again. Which is too slow.

I recently dug up these locations (which is pretty hidden in windows 10), where you can copy your track and MIDI plugin presets and it works fine.

Track presets:
C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\Track Presets
MIDI Plugin prestes:
C:\Program Files\Steinberg\Cubase 8.5\Presets

However, I can´t find the folder location for audio plugin presets.

Also, this is SO NOT user-friendly.
Anyone else found a better method?

Some presets are stored in your Documents folder under VST3 presets.

Here is where all the preference files are located and what they store. I have copied some of these to a different computer with no problem at all. Just make sure to make copies of the original files and place them somewhere safe. Then if an issue arises you can just delete the one with the issue and replace it back with the original that you saved elsewhere.
