Trying to send a friend my project from Cubase 12. They said they need me to export the file as AAF, but I only have AIFF or WAV, MP3. Help?

AAF is a file interchange format used to transfer entire projects—including audio, edits, and metadata—between different DAWs and video editing systems. It’s especially useful for moving sessions between Cubase and software like Pro Tools, Logic, or Avid Media Composer.
it is nothing like a wav or aiff file
