How to Export Single Instrument Track Midi Data?

Hi,

I want to export some instrument track data as a separate track, i.e. a separate midi file per instrument track. I’ve tried using the export midi file function, and so far have only been able to export a midi file that contains all the instrument track data in my project, including the marker track.

Any suggestions how to do this? Please note, I don’t want to convert the midi to audio, I just want the single instrument track data exported as a midi file.

Drag and drop to desktop is one option.

menu–MIDI --Dissolve part ( don´t forget to set your locators).

Doesn’t export track do what you want, it’s in the file menu.
