How to export this kind of audio ?

Hello Guys
I need to export this kind of audio from cubase 10 (or 9 , pro version). I have Wavelab 9.5 Light, too.

File format: WAV File
Bit rate: 64kbps
Audio sample size: 8 bit
Channels: 1 (mono)
Audio sample rate: 8 kHz
Audio format: adpcm CCITT A-Law

I am doing some music for answering machine.
How to do this ?

In the export window you can set sample rate, bit depth, mono. No idea of adpcm CCITT A-Law.

Maybe just export it to more usual settings and google for file converters that criple it down to the answering machines format.
